Replace the trap
For hygiene reasons, replace the trap at
least once a year.
Prerequisite
Cleaning mode is activated.
Replace the trap.

Remove the trap.

Replace the trap and cover (art. no.
243.312.00.1 and 243.314.00.1).

Install the trap.
Clean or replace the basket
filter
Clean the basket filter in the solenoid valve
at least every 2 years or if the flush volume
decreases. Descale the basket filter with a
commercially available descaling agent if
necessary. Replace the basket filter if it can
no longer be completely cleaned and
descaled.
Remove the urinal flush control.

Open the protection flap and remove
the urinal flush control.

Disconnect the cable for the battery
or rechargeable battery
compartment.

Clean or replace the basket filter.

Remove the basket filter.

Clean, descale or replace the basket
filter.
5
Install the basket filter.
Install the urinal flush control.

Plug in the cable for the battery or
rechargeable battery compartment.
7
Insert the urinal flush control and
close the protection flap.
Result
The urinal is once more ready for
operation.
Set the flush time
Deactivate the urinal flush control.

Open the protection flap and remove
the urinal flush control.

Disconnect the cable for the battery
or rechargeable battery
compartment.
Restart the urinal flush control.

Plug in the cable for the battery or
rechargeable battery compartment.
