5 Finishing the prosthesis

Attention!
Do not clamp the tube adapter into a vice. To cut the tube, use
the tube cutter item nr. 158P10, position the cutter exactly in
90° angle to the tube. Then carefully deburr the tube inside
and outside with the pipe deburrer item no. 158P11. The tube
must be pushed into the tube clamp up to the stop. It is not
allowed to adjust the length by varying the insertion depth.
Tighten the cylinder head screw with the calibrated torque
wrench item nr. 173P11 to 16 Nm (fig. 4).
Attention!
To finalise the prosthesis, apply Loctite item nr. 118P35 onto
the adjustment screws and pre-tighten them with the calibrated
torque wrench item nr. 173P11 to 10 Nm, then tighten all
adjustment screws to 15 Nm (fig. 5).
