If you have problems inserting the dome into the ear
canal, use your other hand to gently pull your earlobe
downwards, as this opens the ear canal a little more, and
then gradually rotate the dome until it fits correctly.

Pull on the bend of the cable and carefully remove the M
Acoustic Earhook from the ear canal.
