Assembly
1. Unpack all the parts.
2. Place the board (1) in the horizontal position on a flat surface.
3. Take the pin (2) out of the board (1) (see Figure B).
4. With the board (1) in the horizontal position, place the large base tube (4)
on the front part of the board (1) (see the final result in Figure B).
5. Use the Allen key (11) supplied to attach the 2 screws and 4 washers.
Ensure everything is firmly attached.
6. With the board (1) in the horizontal position, place the small base tube
(5) on the rear part of the board (1) (see the final result in Figure B).
7. Use the Allen key (11) supplied to attach the 2 screws and 4 washers.
Ensure everything is firmly attached.
8. To place the product in a stable vertical position, open the rear bar (3) of
the board (1) to reveal the cross bar (6). Attach the cross bar (6) to the rear
bar (3) using the pin (2) (see Figure C).
9. Place the lower handles (7) on the unit (see the position in Figure A). To
attach them, press the push button on the handle and insert the bar into the
tube coming out of the board (1).
10. Place the upper handles (8) on the upper handle supports (9) (see
placement position in Figure A). To attach them, press the push button on
the handle and insert the bar into the upper handle support (9). Choose the
height you want by inserting the push button into one of the four holes on
the upper handle supports (9).
Use
• Before you start exercising, make sure the pedals (10) are extended.
• To get onto Vertical Gym®, always grab the lower handles (7) first.
• When doing only step exercises to work on thighs and buttocks, work out
while holding onto the lower handles (7).
• For a full-body workout, do the exercises while holding onto the upper
handles (8).
• For a more intense biceps workout, hold onto the upper handles (8) as
shown in Figure D.
• The exercises involve raising and lowering the arms and legs while doing
a climbing-like movement that tones the entire body and helps burn ca-
lories. See the Exercise Plan to get the most out of your Vertical Gym®.
Storage
To fold the product, remove the pin (2) (see Figure C) and fold the product.
Insert the pin (2) after the product is folded, as shown in Figure E.
Quality Warranty:
This product is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects sub-
ject to the time periods stipulated by the legislation in force in each country.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from inadequate use, ne-
gligent commercial use, abnormal wear and tear, accidents or improper
handling.
