3. Adjust sear burner's air shutter by loosening the air
shutter screw.
The settings are:
9/8 in. open for LP gas.
1/2 in. - 5/8 in. open for NG gas.
You need to adjust the openings before you put the
burner back in the burner box.

4. Remove the LP orifices first with the orifice removal
tool, then install the NG orifice. Make sure you are
using the correct orifice, marked "1.37" for main tube
burner, "1.44" for sear burner.
When this step completed, install the main tube
burners and sear burner back to the firebox and
secure to the bracket with the R-pins and screws.
Make sure the orifices are aligned with the burners
and the ignition pins are installed in their original
positions. Check the sparks before operating the grill.

Side Burner Conversion
1. Remove the grid from the side burner. Remove the
right side shelf from the grill. Remove the 2 screws
(1/4-20 x 1-3/8 in.) from the left side of the side
burner box. The screws are located inside of the
main burner box. (Fig. 5)
2. Remove the 2 screws (1/4-20 x 5/8 in.) from the
right side of the side burner box. (Fig. 6)
