SPECIFICATION OF THE DEVICE
The pneumatic riveter is a device which is powered with a stream of compressed air of appropriate pressure. It is possible to
connect elements using breakable steel, stainless steel and aluminium rivets. The device is more efficient and comfortable than a
hand riveter. Correct, reliable and safe functioning of the machine depends on proper operation, and therefore:
Before operation of the machine can commence, read the whole manual and keep it.
The supplier of the device cannot be held responsible for any damage and injuries resulting from using of the tool contrary to its
purpose, not observing safety regulations and the provisions of the present manual. If the device is used contrary to its purpose,
the user looses all guarantee rights due to a breach of contract.
EQUIPMENT
The riveter is equipped with a connector which makes it possible to connect it to a pneumatic system. The equipment also includes
additional heads for rivets of different diameters and wrenches which permit their exchange.

The notion of „pneumatic tool" that is used in the instructions refers to all tools that are powered with a stream of compressed air
at appropriate pressure.
OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
General safety rules
For multiple hazards, read and understand the safety instructions before installing, operating, repairing, maintaining, changing
accessories on, or working near the assembly power tool for non-threaded mechanical fasteners. Failure to do so can result in
serious bodily injury. Only qualified and trained operators should install, adjust or use the assembly power tool for nonthreaded
mechanical fasteners. Do not modify this assembly power tool for non-threaded mechanical fasteners. Modifications can reduce
the effectiveness of safety measures and increase the risks to the operator. Do not discard the safety instructions; give them to
the operator. Do not use the assembly power tool for non-threaded mechanical fasteners if it has been damaged. Tools shall be
inspected periodically to verify that the ratings and markings required by this part of ISO 11148 are legibly marked on the tool. The
employer/user shall contact the manufacturer to obtain replacement marking labels when necessary.
Projectile hazards
Disconnect the assembly power tool for non-threaded mechanical fasteners from the energy source when changing inserted tools
or accessories. Be aware that failure of the workpiece or accessories, or even of the inserted tool itself can generate high-velocity
projectiles. Always wear impact-resistant eye protection during operation of the tool. The grade of protection required should be
