IMPORTANT SETTINGS BEFORE USE
Included in delivery are one adapter cable
with Tamiya socket and 8 standard plugs for
connecting with the correct polarity. Choose
the right plug or the Tamiya adapter cable for
your application. The adapter cable or plugs
should fit properly using a little pressure.
Please do not use extreme force!
When connecting an output plug, please
make sure that the necessary polarity of the
battery pack is right (see picture 1). Rever-
sed polarity can destroy the battery pack!
OPERATION
Connect the battery pack to the charger
and plug the charger into a mains socket
(100-240V AC 50-60Hz). If polarity is right,
the charging indicator lights permanently
red while the battery pack is charging. If the
charging indicator is flashing red, please
check if the battery pack is connected rever-
se or defective (short circuit).
The charger continues to charge the battery
pack while connected. Therefore, determine
the charging time based on the table (see
picture 2). Disconnect the battery pack
after the calculated time in order to prevent
overcharging.
Example for calculating the charging time for
a 6 cell battery pack (7.2V) with capacity of
1500mAh:
> charging time per 100mAh according to
table = 31 min.
> capacity of battery pack 1500mAh /
100mAh = 15
> 15 x 31 min. = 465 min. (7 hrs. 45 min.)
ENVIRONMENT
Do not dispose of the device in the normal
household waste. Please return it to your
dealer, nearest recycling centre or collec-
tion point. Please also recycle all packing
materials.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To make sure that the charger works proper-
ly, please keep the contacts in the charging
slots free from dirt and dust. To clean the
