the purpose of disconnecting the appliance from the
mains.
For connection to the electric mains, you will need to install
an isolating multi-pole switch, which will ensure complete dis-
connection in the instance of a category III over voltage; these
devices must be connected to an area that complies with the
safety regulations governing bathroom safety.
Switches and electrical devices, according to regula-
tions, must be connected to areas out of the user's
reach.
The installation of electrical devices and equipment (sockets,
switches, etc.) in the bathroom must be in compliance with legal
standards and regulations in the country where the appliance is
installed.
The building's electrical supply must be equipped
with a differential switch with operating current
which does not exceed 30 mA.
In the case where the building's electrical system
is not able to provide a constant power supply, we
recommend installing a voltage regulator, suitable
to provide the required power, before installing the
appliance.
Bali shower/Bali hammami shower enclosures have a termi-
nal identified by the symbol , placed on the back of the frame
for equipotential connection of the surrounding metal masses
(standard EN 60335.2.105).
The appliance is equipped with an LED lighting system in
compliance with Norm EN 62471, lamp classification group: ex-
empt.
Do not look directly at the light using optical devices (bin-
oculars, cameras, magnifying glasses).
ATTENTION! Before carrying out any maintenance
operation, disconnect the appliance from the power
supply line.
JACUZZI EUROPE S.p.A. denies all responsibility:
If installation is carried out by unqualified personnel and/or per-
sonnel unauthorised to carry out the installation itself.
If current norms and legal provisions regarding the electric sys-
tems of buildings in the country in which installation is carried out
are not complied with.
If the instructions for installation and maintenance contained in
this manual are not followed.
If unsuitable and/or uncertified materials are used for installa-
tion.
If shower enclosures are placed in areas which do not comply
with the above-quoted standards.
If incorrect operations are performed that reduce the level of pro-
tection of the electrical equipment against water jets, modify the
protection against electrocution due to direct or indirect contact,
or produce abnormal conditions of insulation, current leakage or
overheating.
If any components or parts of the appliance are altered in rela-
tion to the original state when supplied, releasing the Manufacturer
from any liability.
If the appliance is repaired by unauthorised personnel or if spare
parts are used other than the original ones supplied by Jacuzzi Eu-
rope S.p.A.

Warnings

This device may be used by children 8 years and older and by
people with reduced motor, sensory and/or cognitive skills
only when supervised and only if they have the knowledge
necessary to use the equipment in a safe manner and are
aware of the risks associated with improper use.
Children must be supervised to make sure that they do not
play with the equipment or carry out operations that need
to be performed by an adult or specialised personnel (main-
tenance, cleaning operations, etc.).
It is dangerous to use or handle live equipment/devices
housed within the appliance.
The Jacuzzi® shower units must only be used in indoor envi-
ronments.
Make sure that the installation is performed by qualified
personnel in accordance with current laws and regulations.
Be very careful when entering and/or exiting the shower en-
closure, as the surfaces may be rather slippery.
The duration of using the shower enclosure (especially the
steam bath) must be suited to user tolerability. Immediately
exit the shower enclosure if you feel dizzy and/or nauseous.
In the steam bath the maximum temperature reached is
about 45-50 °C, starting from an initial temperature of the
shower enclosure (and the room) at about 20 °C.
NB: To ensure optimum performance of the steam genera-
tor, the supply voltage must correspond to the nominal val-
ue (230 V ~).
Do not, under any circumstances, remove the stickers ap-
plied near the steam nozzles; if they should become worn or
damaged, replace them.
