ADJUSTING THE BRAKES

Your Bagger is equipped with a braking system
composed of disc brakes on the two wheels,
hydraulic pump and manometer. This system
allows better pressure control in the brakes, aiming
at providing the adequate compaction of the bag.
BRAKING THE BAGGER
1.
Close the relief valve of the pump (B).
2.
Open the valve (A).
3.
Activate the pump lever (C) several times until
you get the desired pressure. Observe the
pressure through the manometer (D).
4.
Close the valve (A).

5.
Open the valve (B), relieving the pressure of
the pump.
REDUCING THE BRAKE
1.
Close the relief valve of the pump (B).
2.
Activate the pump lever (C), two or three times.
3.
Open the valve (A).
4.
Open the valve (B) gradually, observing the
pressure through the manometer (D).
5.
Close the valve (B) when you get the desired
pressure.
6.
Close the valve (A).

RELEASING THE BRAKES COMPLETELY
1.
Open the valve (A).
2.
Open completely the valve (B), releasing the
pressure of the brakes.
