Instructions Manual
CONSERVATION
It is recommended to perform, especially at the
end of each season, a machine general overhaul,
identifying and replacing all worn or damaged parts.
Remember that the off-season period is the best
moment to perform preventive maintenance and,
therefore, rest assured for the next harvest.
Clean and wash the machine rigorously with
water. Remove all product residues from the
inside of the machine.
Repaint all parts that might need it.
Replace worn or damaged parts.
Apply anticorrosive oil or grease on the metal
parts of the machine.
Lubricate adequately.
Keep the machine in a dry place, protected from
the sun and rain.
When you get back to work, observe these items:
Retighten nuts and bolts in general.
Lubricate with grease all the points indicated in
this manual.
Recheck operating adjustments, all described
in this manual.
Adjust any chain clearance.
Stretch the conveyor belt.
Cleaning and repairs must be performed only
when the machine is turned-off. Risk of contact
with moving parts of the machine.
Keep the machine in a place out of reach of
children.
Restrict the access of parts of the machine that
might be moved manually.
CAUTION!
