FINALIZING THE BAG

CLOSED VALVE OPENED VALVE

On the bag there is an end marker, which displays
its maximum filling. When this mark appears,
usually with two or three folds to finalize the bag,
proceed as follows:
1.
Pare a alimentação da Embutidora.
2.
Stop feeding the Bagger.
3.
Open the valve (A).
4.
Open the relief valve of the pump (B), releasing
the brakes.
5.
Remove the clips that fasten the bag to the
Bagger.
6.

Without turning off the PTO, slowly and
carefully, start moving the tractor forward until
the bag gets completely detached from the
Bagger.
7.
Finally, proceed the closing of the bag, trying
to eliminate the maximum quantity of air inside
the bag as you can. Check the item CLOSING
THE BAG in this manual.
IMPORTANT!
NOTES:
The hermetic closing of the bag is very important
to avoid air inside it. Observe and follow the
A instructions of your bag manufacturer.
In case the bag does not have an end marker to
D
show its maximum filling, you should consider the
limit when there are only three folds in the bag on
the machine cylinder body.
Do not perform the bag filling with a lengthening
below the recommended by the Dealer. (You find
the scale printed on the bag). High levels of air
inside the bag will compromise the quality of the
bagged product.
