Problem
Fuel
Increased fuel consumption
Normal fuel consumption, but wrong
compression ratio
Fuel is not reaching the carburetor
Engine overheats
Uneven engine sound
Sudden engine stalling
Slow engine stalling
Diffi culties in switching off the engine
Spraying using a liquid chemical agent
The nozzle does not provide chemical agent or
does not provide it in continuous manner
Chemical agent is leaking
Spraying using chemical agent in the powder form
The chemical agent does not come out of the

Mixture of air and fuel has incorrect proportions
Nagar gathered in the cylinder
Poor quality of oil is used in the fuel mixture
Air hose is not connected
Poor quality of fuel, fuel is contaminated or mixed with water
Nagar gathered in the cylinder
Worn working parts
Loose spark plug wire
Play on the piston
Contacts of spark plug contaminated with nagar or shorted
Contamination inside the carburetor
Vent hole of the fuel tank is clogged
Poor quality of fuel, fuel is contaminated or mixed with water
Throttle cable is too long - too high idle speed
Control unit of the nozzle or nozzle valve is clogged
Plugged the hose supplying chemical agent
No pressure or low pressure of the chemical agent
Sprayer plate is mounted incorrectly
Loose screws that secure the tank for the chemical agent
The sprayer valve has not been opened
Contaminated chemical agent
Lumped chemical agent
Damp or wet chemical agent
Valve cannot be closed
The valve is blocked by foreign material

Solution
Replace fuel
Replace cylinder or piston ring.
Tighten the spark plug.
Fill the fuel tank
Clean the fuel fi lter
Restore patency of the vent hole
Adjust the carburetor
Clean cylinder
Replace fuel using high-quality oil
Connect the air hose
Replace fuel
Clean cylinder
Check and replace if necessary
Tighten the wire to spark plug
Replace the piston
Clean or replace the spark plug
Clean inside of the carburetor
Restore patency of the vent hole
Replace fuel
Adjust the length of the throttle cable
Clean control unit or valve
Clean the hose
Examine sealing of container for the chemical agent
Install correctly the sprayer plate
Tighten the screws
Open the valve or perform the valve stroke
adjustment out by the cam
Clean chemical agent
Break down the chemical agent lumps
Dry chemical agent
Adjust the valve stroke by using a cam
Clean the valve
Install the tank correctly
Replace with a new seal
