4.2 Using the machine
TANK ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY
Open the tank protection grid "A", lift the tool stopper "B", remove the tool "F" from the seat on the tool holder shaft "C",
unscrew the lobed flywheel "D", remove the tank "E" from its seat.

5.0 MAINTENANCE

CAUTION
Before performing any maintenance or cleaning operation, remove the plug from the electric power supply
socket. In case of machine malfunction or fault, exclusively contact the support centres authorised by the
manufacturer (see CHAP. 7).

5.1 Cleaning

Cleaning must be performed at the end of each use in compliance with the hygienic standards and to safeguard
machine operation. Using a wooden or plastic spatula, first remove pasta residues and then thoroughly clean the
tank, feed screw, dough breaker and mobile guard, with the aid of a soft sponge and hot water, dry with blotting
