You are now ready to start therapy. For further information, please refer to your
S9 Welcome Guide.
Removing and returning the S9 Oximeter adapter and SD card
1. Disconnect the S9 device from the power outlet.
2. Press and hold in the release buttons located on each side of the S9 Oximeter
adapter while removing it from the S9 device.
3. Remove the Xpod oximeter from the oximeter port on your S9 Oximeter
adapter.
4. Remove the finger sensor cable from the Xpod oximeter.
5. Remove the SD card from the S9 device. For instructions on removing the
SD card, please refer to the S9 SD card protective folder provided with the
S9 device.
6. When instructed to do so, return this User Guide, the S9 Oximeter adapter and
the SD card to your healthcare professional in the original packaging.
Note: Ensure that you remove the S9 Oximeter adapter from the S9 device before
removing the Xpod oximeter. Failure to do so may damage the S9 Oximeter adapter.

Cleaning and maintenance

If necessary, wipe the outside of the S9 Oximeter adapter with a clean, dry cloth.
For instructions on how to clean the oximeter and its sensor, please refer to the
user guide supplied with these accessories.
Save the packaging
Please keep this user guide and all the original packaging for the S9 Oximeter
adapter.
