Troubleshooting
If there is a problem, try the following suggestions. If the problem cannot be solved,
contact your healthcare professional.
Problem/possible cause
S9 device displays:
ORJJLQJ
The S9 device cannot detect an SD
card and no oximetry data can be
logged or stored.
S9 device displays:
ORJJLQJ
The fi nger pulse sensor is not
attached to the fi nger or the sensor
cable is not connected to the Xpod
oximeter at the commencement
of therapy.
S9 device displays:
GDWD ORJJLQJ
The S9 Oximeter adapter is not
connected properly or data is not
transmitting correctly.
Solution

Ensure that an SD card is correctly inserted in
the SD card slot of your S9 device.

Disconnect and reconnect the Xpod oximeter
connector and sensor cable according to the
instructions supplied with these accessories.

Remove your S9 Oximeter adapter from
the S9 device according to the instructions.
Reattach your S9 Oximeter adapter and
reconnect your S9 device to the power outlet.
