Working Advice

With continuous or several repetitive charging cycles without
interruption, the charger can warm up. This is not meaningful
and does not indicate a technical defect of the battery
charger.
A significantly reduced working period after charging indi-
cates that the battery is used and must be replaced.
Battery Cooling (Active Air Cooling)
The fan control integrated in the battery charger controls the
temperature of the inserted battery. When the battery temper-
ature is above 30 °C, a fan cools down the battery to the
optimal charging temperature. The switched-on fan produces
a fan noise.
The battery temperature is within the optimal charging temper-
ature range when the fan is not running. Another reason for a
non working fan might be that it is defective. In this case, the
charging time of the battery might be extended.

Maintenance and Cleaning

If the charger should fail despite the care taken in manufactur-
ing and testing procedures, repair should be carried out by a
Würth master-Service.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders, please always
include the article number given on the type plate of the
charger.

Guarantee
For this Würth charger, we provide a guarantee in accord-
ance with the legal/country-specific regulations from the date
of purchase (verified by invoice or delivery document). Dam-
age that has occurred will be corrected by replacement or
repair.
Damage caused by normal wear, overloading or improper
handling is excluded from the guarantee.
Claims can only be accepted if the charger is sent undisas-
sembled to a Würth branch office, your Würth sales repre-
sentative or a customer service agent for Würth power tools.
Disposal
Battery chargers, accessories and packaging should be
sorted for environmental-friendly recycling.
Do not dispose of battery chargers into household waste!
