The signal drops or connection fails in Bluetooth mode
• Move the SP1 closer to your mobile device
• Ensure the SP1 is fully charged
• Turn off the SP1, wait one minute, power it back on and reconnect to the
Bluetooth-enabled device using the instructions listed under the "Pairing
Mode" section
