KIT PURPOSE
This kit contain parts that provide a supply and return point for hot engine coolant for use in
cabin heaters or water heaters.
KIT 3862101
This kit is for use on all 3.0L, 4.3L, 5.7L and
5.0L GM raw water cooled engines.

equivalent
NOTE !
The hoses for the heater referenced in this
instruction are not provided in the kits.
WARNING!
During this installation the engine cooling
system will be opened at the engine block
drain and at the circulation pump hose. To
prevent flooding the boat when opening the
cooling system, if either of these points are
below the waterline the boat must be
removed from the water before beginning
the installation.

This kit is for use on all 8.1L raw water cooled
engines.

1. If necessary remove the boat from the
water. See the WARNING.
The boat should be supported to prevent it
from falling during the installation.
