12. Place two large hose clamps over each
end of the cut hose.
13. Install the T-pipe in the hose where the
section was removed, as shown in the
illustration. Tighten the hose clamps.
14. Place a small hose clamp over the end of
the heater return hose.
15. Install the heater return hose and clamp on
the small nipple on the T-Pipe, as shown.
Ttighten the clamp.
16. After installation of the heater, operate the
engine and heater until the engine reaches
operating temperature.
Check all connections for leaks, correct
as needed.
Check that the thermostat is opening,
correct as needed.
