Description
TAV 100/150 is a valve for automatic opening and closing of a vacuum outlet
linked to a central vacuum system. It comes in six different models. The valves
are normally automatic, they open and close governed by a control device.
The control device can be a solenoid valve for electric control. TAV 100/150 PC
is not fitted with its own control device but an external 5-port valve is available
as an option (see figure 6). All versions are compressed air powered except for
MA which is manually operated.
All valves can be provided with an optional pilot switch to control the
vacuum unit so it stops if no valve is open and then starts again when a valve
opens. This requires a pilot signal cable and a vacuum unit provided with an
automatic start/stop function. Manual valves use a micro switch according
to figure 3 and 7. Pneumatically controlled valves use a pressure-controlled
switch according to figure 5 and 8.
