8 - Turn off the burner, close the gas supply faucet and disconnect the pressure gauge.
9 - Reassemble the front panel and secure it with the screws.

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

– All extraordinary maintenance such as broken or worn component replacement must be
performed by authorised personnel with specific technical skills and special abilities in
the specific sector.
– After maintenance (routine and extraordinary), always make sure that operations were
correctly performed before running the appliance.
IGas faucet lubrication
1 - Close the gas supply faucet.
2 - Pull out the knobs.
3 - Remove the control panel.
4 - Remove the screws and cover.
5 - Remove the cone.
6 - Clean the cone and its housing.
7 - Grease the cone , insert it in its housing and rotate it a few times.
Use grease type Staburags M32.
8 - Remove the cone to eliminate excess grease.
9 - Reassemble the cone and cover.
10 - Reassemble the control panel and knob.

Burner cleaning

1 - Remove the cook grills , the lava stone support grills , the grill supports and the drain
conduit.
2 - Remove the burners.
3 - Accurately clean the burners and make sure the holes are not clogged.
Caution - Precaution
Clean burner holes without widening them and without clogging them to prevent
burner malfunctions.
4 - Reassemble the burners.
5 - Reassemble the drain conduit , the grill supports , the lava stone support grills and
the cook grills.
