1. lAYoUt rooF FrAMe:
Assembly is easiest if you layout all pipe
parts as shown in the area you intend
to erect the shelter. Detail A shows the
entire frame assembly. Detail B shows
the roof frame parts. Start with the roof
and begin with the center peak.

2. ASSeMBle rooF:
A. Bolt roof assembly together as shown in
Detail C. Install the top rail over the middle
ribs and underneath the first and last ribs.
NOTE: Use bolts for these connections.
IMPORTANT: Install all ladder bolts with nut
toward center of frame.
B. Assemble each side of the roof as
shown in Detail D. Nest the cross rail into
the ShelterLock . Install the nut onto the
™
bolt and tighten. Repeat these steps for
the opposite side and all of the remaining
ribs. The side rails for the last rib will have
two plain ends.
