3. Close the bowl with its lid by turning it until you hear a "click".
4. Plug in the device.
5. Select the desired speed (1-4). The unit starts to mix and the countdown begins. If no time
has been pre-selected,

7. Once the cooking finished, the LCD monitor light will blink. It will turn off after 5 minutes.
8. After use, unplug the appliance, remove the bowl from its base and remove the lid.
9. Remove the food from the bowl.
Caution:
1. The maximum weight limit of dough kneading is 0.8 kg. Do not overfill the bowl and do not
prepare more than 0.8kg of dough at a time.
2. The blade is very sharp, do not remove the dough with your hands. Use the spatula.
USE THE STIRRING BLADE
The stirrer will help you get the best results by whiping fresh cream, preparing mayonnaise or
whipping eggs in snow.
1. Install the stirring blade in the cooking bowl.
2. Add the ingredients to the bowl.

USE THE STEAM COOKER
The steamer is ideal for preparing foods such as vegetables with meat, sausages, steam bread,
steamed fish ...
1. Place the blade in the bowl and bowl on the unit.
2. Add between 0.5l and 1.5 Liters of water to the bowl. Attention: the amount of water must
be greater than 0.5l, as 0.5 Liters is the min. amount needed for 30 minutes of steam cooking.
3. Place the steamer on the bowl and rotate it until it is fixed.
4. Add the ingredients to the bowl.
5. Plug in the device.
6. Select the cooking time (less than one hour).
7. Select the temperature (30oC - 120oC). Caution: the selected temperature must be higher
than the temperature of the ingredients in the bowl.
8. Select speed 1. The unit will start running and the timer will count down.
9. The device will emit a warning signal ("beep")
10. Once the cooking finished, the LCD monitor light will blink. It will turn off after 5 minutes.
11. After use, unplug the appliance, remove the bowl from its base and remove the lid.
12. Remove the food from the bowl.
Caution:
1. Take care when steaming food : Hot steam may cause burns ! Keep your face and hands at
a safe distance when opening the lid after steaming the food.
