CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Before cleaning the unit, unplug the appliance from the mains.
2. When the bowl has cooled, remove the blade from the bowl. Clean the inside and outside
of the bowl. Clean the connectors only with a damp cloth.
Note: Do not immerse the appliance in water, wash the metal bowl and tools in the
dishwasher, and never use abrasive or sharp objects to clean the appliance, as this could
damage the functional parts. from the device or touch the device security
Warning: The blade is very sharp! Handle it with care!
3. Wash all parts with soapy water immediately after use. Rinse with warm, clear water and dry
immediately
4. Season the blade with vegetable oil
5. Clean the outside of the device only with a damp cloth
6. If the bowl or blade is hard to clean: add hot, soapy water to the bowl and run on Speed 1
for a few seconds
7. If you have burned food at the bottom of the bowl, mix baking soda with water to form a
thick paste. Spread it in the bottom of the bowl and let stand for 15min, then rub and rinse.
8. Hard to reach spaces around the knife, basket or whisk can be cleaned with a toothbrush.
9. To facilitate cleaning, you can use eggshells: pour water into the bowl until you cover the
tools, add eggshells and select the first speed. Start the device and then press Pulse several
times. Turn off the device, empty the mixture and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
