Problems
Engine failure or sudden failure
A tool or motor is stuck during use
The engine creates smoke or
gives off a peculiar smell when
you first use the product.
The LCD screen is not displayed

In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol
rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with
the directive.
ErP Declaration – Regulation 1275/2008/EC
We, TKG Sprl, hereby confirm that our product meets the requirements of regulation
1275/2008/EC. Our product does not dispose of a standby mode as this product switches off
completely immediately after the operation is finished and as a consequence does not
consume electricity!
The user manual is by simple request also available in electronic format from the after-sales
service (see warranty card).
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Team
International BELGIUM. The pages must be reproduced
and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you keep
the good numbering when you turn the pages of the I/B.
Don't change the page numbering. Keep the language
integrity.
Solutions
Check that the product is plugged in
Check that all elements are properly engaged
If the problem is not resolved with these actions,
contact customer service.
Turn off the product, scrape the jammed food with a
spatula
Decrease the amount of food and cut large pieces
into small pieces
When first used, the new engine will create a bit of
smoke and odor: it's totally normal. This phenomenon
will not happen after a few uses.
Do not use the device for longer periods than:
Knead the dough: 30-180sec
Cut and mix: 30-60sec
Let the appliance cool between uses
Check that the plug is plugged in
