To adjust the hardness, you can turn the knobs on either side
of the fork to reach the hardness required.
WARNING: The suspension fork and shock
absorbers must never be removed by the user.
This operation must be performed by a
qualified mechanic.
h) Method for determining the correct
adjustment of the quick release
mechanisms (wheels and seat post)
The wheels and seat post have an integrated quick release
system.
Warning: The quick release systems are
designed to be operated by hand. Never use
tools to block or unblock the mechanism to
avoid damaging it. To adjust the clamping
force, you must use the adjustment nut located
opposite the lever and not turn the quick-
release lever.
To adjust, block or unblock the quick release mechanisms:
The lever must show some resistance to opening, for example,
it must not be possible to open the locking mechanism with
one finger.
In the wheels, the system should mark the fork dropouts when
closed in the locked position.
Make sure you have properly tightened the mechanism before
using the bicycle. If the lever can be operated with minimal
manual pressure, it means that it is not sufficiently tightened.
The adjustment, nut must therefore be tightened without the
use of tools.
Adjustment nut
Each time an adjustment is carried out, check that the front
wheel is correctly centred in relation to the fork and that the
rear wheel is centred between the two rear chainstays.
