1. General
This user manual enables the safe and efficient operation of the unit. The manual is part of the unit and must
be kept in the direct vicinity accessible by the personnel at all times. The personnel must carefully read this
manual and must have understood it before any operation may commence. The basic requirement for a safe
operation is the observance of all given safety pre-cautions and operational information in this manual.
Furthermore the local accident prevention regulations and the general safety regulations for the field of
application of this unit apply. Pictures in this user manual are meant for the basic understanding and may
differ from the actual design of the unit. Apart from this manual the user directions of the integrated
components that are attached in the appendix apply

FINODOSIL Dosing and Mixing Unit for the automatic 1:1 dosing of low-viscous, addition-curing duplicating
silicones. Bubble-free and homogeneous silicone duplications can be produced simply and fast at the push

of a button. The supply rate of the components A and B can be individually set with the integrated bypass
system. The outlets of the mixing head are separated preventing an undesired mixing of the components

during changing of the mixing tips. Suitable for silicone packages with contents of 1 kg or 6 kg.
