Preserve the lobster in salt for about 10-15 minutes, then put them in
the oven and cook 12-15 mins with temperature of 140-160°C.
Crispy chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken, a little starch, some wine, malt sugar, honey, vinegar, warm
water
Wash and clean the chicken with boiling water and then with cold
water immediately.
Mix the starch, melt sugar, honey and vinegar with some water. Apply
the mixture to the chicken with a brush several times. When the chicken
dries, put it into the convection oven.
Bake the chicken 20 mins with a temperature of 150 – 200°C. Then apply
the mixture again and bake 10 min in low temperature
WARNINGS
Do not let cord hang over edge of counter.
Place the oven securely in center of counter or work space.
Always unplug the oven before attempting to move it.
Oven surfaces are hot – always supervise children while in the
kitchen.

All surfaces of the oven get very hot, it is an oven after all. Touching these
surfaces before the oven cools may cause a burn. Do not touch any part
of the oven other than the handles, until it cools down.
