viClean - FAQ
Please read these frequently asked questions carefully, and try to do as per the methods mentioned
below. If the product still does not work properly, please contact the local service center or call the ser-
vice hotline for further assistance.
CAUTION!
In case of water leakage please turn off the water shutoff valve immediately, and cut off the power of
the product by pulling out the plug from electric outlet.
Please check the following reasons of malfunctioning viClean:

Check the power supply.

Is the power supply ongoing?

Is the plug inserted?

Has the power leakage protection switch tripped?

Check the water supply.

Is the water supply ongoing?

Is the water shutoff valve turned off?
Once any of the following phenomenons occur, cut off the power immediately. Read this
chapter carefully, refer to the indicator light and the alarm functions. If necessary, please
contact your the service center or call the service hotline for further assistance.

PHENOMENON
Product does not work
Lid cannot open automatically

CAUSE
Is the product set in standby mode?
Is the auto-open function set on
"close" status?
Is the user standing out of the sensor
area?
Is the surface of lid sensor window
covered with dust or anything else?
Is the surface of the body detecting
sensor window covered with dust or
anything else?
Is someone constantly standing in the
sensor area?
SOLUTION
Press the power button on the
Side control panel more than 3
seconds to change in operating mode.
Reset on "auto" mode on the remote
control.
Please move into sensor area
(within 2M from the sensor window).
Clean the surface of the lid sensor
window.
Clean the surface of the body detecting
sensor window.
Move out of the sensor area.
