CAUSE
Did you update the battery?
Did the battery run out of power
Are the positive pole and negative
pole of the battery set correctly?
Low battery?
Is the remote control signal
transmission or reception window
covered with dust or blocked?
Is the remote control too far away
from the product, and not within the
sensor range of the remote control?
When activating the front or rear wash
function, the nozzle will move back for
self cleaning the nozzle, then moves
out for washing. This operation will
take several seconds.
Is the water flow set on a lower
setting?
Is the water filter blocked?
Is the connection nut of the water
supply hose loose? Does water leak
from the hose?
Is the water temperature set on "low"
or "off" status?
During washing, nozzle will stop to
spray water and move back autom-
atically after 5 minutes.
If the user moves too quickly or
moves away from the seat, the
sensor may not be able to find the
position of user in a short time.
Is seat temperature set on "OFF"
or lower setting?
Is the seat temperature set on
higher setting?
Is viClean set in save energy safe
mode?
If yes, the seat temperature will
Automatically increase after sitting on
viClean.
Is the dryer temperature set on a
lower status?
The user moves suddenly away from
the sensor detection position of the
seat.
Is anybody sitting on the sensor
detection position of the seat?
Did you select any washing function?
SOLUTION
Must reset the time after you update
the battery.
Replace with new batteries.
Reset the battery in correct direction.
Update with new batteries.
Clean the signal transmission or
reception window.
Please use the remote control in the
effective sensor range.
This is a normal phenomenon.
Re-set the water flow on a higher
status by the remote control.
Clean the filter.
Lock the nuts tightly.
Reset the water temperature on "high"
or "middle" status by the remote control.
This is a normal phenomenon.
Sit on the sensor detection position of
the seat again and press the front or
rear wash button.
Reset the seat temperature on a higher
setting.
Reset the seat temperature on
a lower setting.
This is a normal phenomenon to save
energy.
Reset the dryer temperature on a higher
status.
Sit on sensor detection position of the
seat and press the dryer function.
Sit on sensor detection position of the
seat and press the dryer button.
Turn off the washing function and press
the drying button.
