PHENOMENON
Pulsating function does not

CAUSE
You cannot press any wash buttons on
the unit to execute the pulsating
massage function.
The user does not touch the sensor in
seat.
The deodorizer function is switched off. Activate the function by remote control.
viClean is in a wash operation.
Deodorizer function will remain
activated for 60 seconds after the user
left viClean to ensure unpleasant odors
are eliminated completely.
Night light is set on "OFF" status.
Night light is set on "INT" (D7 only),
and it is bright in the room.

SOLUTION
Double press the button of the pulsating
functions on remote control.
