1. Pull the remote controlled wall socket out of the permanently installed socket.
2. Only wipe the remote controlled wall socket and the remote control off with
a dry cloth.

The batteries could leak and permanently damage the
remote control if you store the remote control with the batteries
inserted for a prolonged period of time. The battery liquid
(electrolyte) is corrosive.
− If you do not use the remote control for a prolonged period,
store the batteries separately.
− Do not remove the battery liquid with bare hands. Do not
allow battery liquid to come into contact with skin, eyes
and mucus membranes. Use conventional rinsing gloves.
If, however, your skin does come into contact with battery
liquid, immediately wash your hands with plenty of water
and, if necessary, consult a physician.
