There can be various types of reader:

SPINET:

which can be connected to terminal J17.
It is possible to connect two using a special S-BUS cable (made up of 2 shielded
twisted pairs).
The maximum length of each SPInet branch is 30 m.
The addresses of the readers must be A and B (see the reader manual).

Two examples of connecting the readers to the SPInet line are shown in Figure 3.
The dots indicate the load resistor inserted on the first and last device of the line.

WIEGAND OR MAGNETIC STRIPE:

To be connected to the appropriate 5 pole terminals J12 and J13 (reader A
and B respectively).

Use a 5-core shielded cable: 5 x 0.5mm
Door Controller side. Maximum cable length 30 m.
SERIAL PORTS:
RS232
can be connected to terminals J8 and J9 such as, for example, Number Plate
Recognition devices or bar code readers. Maximum cable length 12 m.
