In the European Union, call +44 (0) 1276 7044400 to request your Return
Authorization Number, which you must write on the outside of the
package. Packages without and RA Number will not be accepted and will
be returned. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping charges
to Zoom. Zoom will return ship within the United Kingdom via mail or
other ground carrier. A small shipping and handling charge will apply to
products older than one year. Proof of purchase date is required.
To Return Your Unit for Repair Out-of-Warranty
In the United States, call (561) 241-7712 to request a Return Authorization
Number, which you must write on the outside of the package. Packages
without and RA Number will not be accepted and will be returned. You
will also have to include a prepaid service charge for all out-of-warranty
returns.
We strongly suggest that you review your problem with our Technical
Support Staff before requesting a Return Authorization Number to avoid
unnecessary returns.

Limited Warranty

Zoom Telephonics, Inc. (Zoom) warrants this product against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of two (2) years.
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. For Zoom
products other than software, Zoom will repair (or at its option replace) this product during
the warranty period at no charge to you, provided you are the registered user, you have
registered the product within 120 days of purchase, and you have returned the product to
