Solutions
• Move the Base Station closer to the Smart Sock
• Reposition your baby or consider turning off monitoring during feedings, diaper changes, snuggles, etc.
• Recharge the Smart Sock
• Make sure your baby's pinky toe goes all the way to the end of the Fabric Sock
• Make sure the Smart Sock is snug (if not, it is difficult to get a reading, and more false alerts will occur)
• Make sure the sensors are centered in the windows of the Fabric Sock

Solutions
• Move the Base Station and the Wi-Fi router closer together (neither Wi-Fi range extenders nor second
routers will help)
• Reset your Wi-Fi router
• Plug the Smart Sock in to charge until you hear a click and it is blinking green
• Turn the Sock Electronics off, then back on.
• Make sure the sensors are centered in the windows of the Fabric Sock
• Do not use rockers or vibrating pads. They will interfere with monitoring
• Check the Smart Sock placement
• Check the Fabric Sock size
