WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: To avoid possible electrical shock, be sure electricity is turned off at the main fuse
box before wiring this fan.
WARNING: If you are not sure if the outlet box is grounded, contact a licensed electrician for
advice, as it must be grounded for safe operation.
Note: The remote (M) has 16 different code combinations. To prevent possible interference from or to
other remote units, change the combination code in the remote (M) and receiver unit (N).
1. To set the transmitter code, remove the battery cover
on the remote (M) by pressing fi rmly below the arrow
and sliding the cover off. Slide the code switches to
your choice of the up or down position.
Note: The factory setting is all up. Do not use this
position.
With a small screwdriver or ball point pen (not
included), slide fi rmly up or down. Replace the
battery cover on the remote (M).
2. To set the receiver unit (N) code, slide the code
switches to the same positions as set on the remote
(M).
