The calculation is made as follows: In the example above, the terminal
assignment table shows that, for a load of 15 A, up to 38 wires fit in
19 2.5-mm² terminals. Thus, 12 wires correspond to 32% of the total
permitted number.
In the event that the maximum load limit is exceeded as a result of the
number of conductors used, then it will be necessary to de-rate the current
of the conductors to ensure compliance with the applicable terminal content
tables. For example:
