02_INTRODUCTION
Training with the Turno is a simple and effective way to
improve the performance of riders at all levels.
The design of the Turno is based the principle of the direct
transmission of the athlete's power. The trainer connects
directly to the bicycle chain and a cutting-edge system of
timing belt pulleys, designed by Elite, uniformly transmits
the force applied to the pedals to the resistance unit to
optimise indoor training.
The hometrainer resistance increases with speed; use
higher gearing to work on power or lower gearing to work
on agility and pedal cadence. There is a wide range of
available resistance levels, perfect for beginners, more
experienced cyclists and seasoned pros.
Turno has been designed, developed and produced, after
years of study and testing of professional, amateur and
recreational cyclists (on the road, the trail and the track),
to create a high level indoor trainer to fit specific individual
goals and to test and evaluate performance levels.

04_RESISTANCE
Pedalling resistance is generated by a fluid technology
braking system for extremely quiet training sessions. Fluid
resistance increases automatically with speed, similar to
(but more focused than) the air resistance experienced on
the road.
The Turno resistance curve as a function of speed is
