Motor and Fan Assembly

1. Disconnect motor leads.
2. Remove the four (4) motor mounting screws.
See Fig. 14.

3. Remove motor/fan wheel assembly from fan housing.

Air Differential Pressure
Switch, Tubing and
Orifices.
Orifices:
See Fig. 16. Ensure this orifice is free of dust. If the orifices
are plugged, disconnect the tubing and remove retain clip
and clean the orifice with compressed air.

Pressure switch tubes: See Fig. 17. Check for
blockage. Clean with compressed air after removing the
tube from the switch and from the orifice.
Air differential switch:
The air differential switch is a normally open, critical safety
device. See Fig. 17 for location. Its purpose is to prove
to the ignition control that there is a sufficient difference in
pressure within the burner box before the ignition control
sends power to open the gas control valve.
