Setting the clock
1. When the unit is in Standby press and hold the "CLK SET/MEM" button. The hour on the
display will begin flashing.
2. Press the "SKIP/TUNE
3. Press the "CLK SET/MEM" button again to adjust the minutes. The minutes on the display
will begin flashing.
4. Press the "SKIP/TUNE
5. Press the "CLK SET/MEM" button to finish setting the time or wait for the display to stop.
Setting the Timer
1. Press the "TIMER" button. At the display the TIMER indicator will flash.
2. Press the "TIMER" button to adjust the timer in increments of 10 minutes.
3. Press the "SKIP/TUNE
4. Wait until the display stop flashing
5. After the set time has expiered the device will sound an alarm.
Disabling the timer
To cancel the alarm after it has sounded press the "POWER" button or the "TIMER" button.
To cancel the timer before the alarm has sounded press the "TIMER" button until the display
shows "000" and the timer light is no longer lit.
1. Turn the device on and press the "SOURCE" button to switch to CD mode.
2. Press the "OPEN/CLOSE" button to open the CD tray.
3. Place a CD into the tray with the label side facing up.
4. Press the "OPEN/CLOSE" button again to close the CD tray. The CD will starts playing
automatically.
5. Press the "PLAY/PAUSE" button to interrupt the playback. Press the button again to
resume playing.
6. Press the "SKIP/TUNE
7. Press the "M+/10+" or "M-/10-" buttons to skip down or up by 10 tracks.
8. Press the "STOP
Programming a CD
1. Press the "STOP
2. Press the "CLK SET/MEM" button.
3. "Prog" will begin to blink on the display.
4. Press the "SKIP/TUNE
5. Press the "CLK SET/MEM" button to save the selected track to the program.
6. Repeat step 4 and 5 to program up to 20 tracks.
7. If you are ready press the "PLAY/PAUSE" button to start playing the programed titles.
