Intended use

The electrode handles are intended for monopolar cutting and
coagulation.

Normal use

The electrode handles are used with electrosurgical electrodes
with shaft diameters of 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm or 4 mm:
• 1.6 mm electrode handles: 20197-034
• 2.4 mm electrode handles: 20190-067, 20190-076, 20190-
104, 20190-105
• 4 mm electrode handles: 20190-045, 20190-047, 20190-
062, 20190-065, 20190-066, 20190-074, 20190-075,
20190-090, 20190-091, 20190-092, 20190-093, 20190-
094, 20190-095, 20190-146
Erbe recommends the use of Erbe HF electrodes. If the handle is
operated with HF electrodes from another manufacturer, please
observe the following: The joint from handle to HF electrodes of
other manufacturers is not standardized. The HF electrode of an-
other manufacture, although it may appear to fit the Erbe han-
dle, may have different dimensions and tolerances, a different
type of insulation, etc. Such differences hold risks for patient and
staff. Erbe Elektromedizin is glad to provide more information as
required.
