Montagem dos componentes do
kit
Importante
Verifique, antes da montagem, se
todos os componentes estão limpos e em
perfeito estado. Adote todas as precauções
necessárias para evitar danificar qualquer
peça com a qual deve trabalhar.

Monte a bucha de centragem (3) e a bucha
externa (5) na barra roscada (1); pelo lado
oposto da bucha externa (5), insira o
casquilho (4).
Insira o parafuso especial (6) no casquilho

(4), introduza-o na barra roscada (1) e

atarraxe até encostar.
Versões Diavel
Pelo lado direto da moto, insira o grupo
apenas montado dentro do perno da roda
dianteira (A) até encostar.
Monte o anel de centragem (2) e o
casquilho (4) na bucha externa (5).
Insira o grupo apenas montado na barra
roscada (1) pelo lado oposto da moto (lado
esquerdo) até encostar.
Insira o parafuso especial (6) no casquilho
(4), introduza-o na barra roscada (1) e
atarraxe até encostar.
Mantendo um dos dois parafusos (6),
aperte o outro a um binário de 10 ± 10%
Nm mantendo o outro.
Versões SBK1199 - SBK899
Pelo lado direto da moto, insira o grupo
apenas montado dentro do perno da roda
dianteira (B) até encostar.
Monte o anel de centragem (7) e o
casquilho (4) na bucha externa (5).
Insira o grupo apenas montado na barra
roscada (1) pelo lado oposto da moto (lado

esquerdo) até encostar.
Insira o parafuso especial (6) no casquilho
(4), introduza-o na barra roscada (1) e
atarraxe até encostar.
Mantendo um dos dois parafusos (6),
aperte o outro a um binário de 10 ± 10%

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean
and in perfect condition before installation.
Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid
damages to any part of the motorcycle you
are working on.
Pre-assemble centring bushing (3) and
outer bushing (5) onto threaded bar (1); then
insert bushing (4) from the opposite side of
outer bushing (5).
Insert special screw (6) inside bushing (4),
start it on threaded bar (1) and drive it fully
home.
New Hypermotard - Multistrada 1200
versions
On motorcycle right side, insert the pre-
assembled unit inside front wheel shaft (A),
driving it fully home.
Pre-assemble centring ring (2) and bushing
(4) on outer bushing (5).
Insert the pre-assembled unit inside
threaded bar (1) on motorcycle opposite
side (left side), driving it fully home.
Insert special screw (6) inside bushing (4),
start it on threaded bar (1) and drive it fully
home.
While holding one of the two screws (6),
tighten the other one to a torque of
10 ± 10% Nm.
Streetfighter 1100 - Monster 1200
versions
On motorcycle right side, insert the pre-
assembled unit inside front wheel shaft (B),
driving it fully home.
Pre-assemble centring ring (7) and bushing
(4) on outer bushing (5).
Insert the pre-assembled unit inside
threaded bar (1) on motorcycle opposite
side (left side), driving it fully home.
Insert special screw (6) inside bushing (4),
start it on threaded bar (1) and drive it fully
home.
While holding one of the two screws (6),
tighten the other one to a torque of
10 ± 10% Nm.
