Troubleshooting
If there is a problem, try the following suggestions. If the problem cannot be solved,
contact your healthcare professional.
Problem/possible cause
The LED on the S9 Wireless module is flashing in a fast blink pattern (twice per
second)
The S9 Wireless module cannot
communicate with the S9 device
to which it is attached.
The LED on the S9 Wireless module is not lit up
The S9 Wireless module may
not be connected to the S9
device properly, or the S9 device
is not powered on.
The LED on the S9 Wireless module starts the slow blink sequence and never
leaves this state (still blinking 10 minutes after switching on)
The S9 Wireless module has
not been activated by your
healthcare professional.
Solution
Remove the S9 Wireless module from the S9
device according to the instructions. Reattach
the S9 Wireless module and reconnect the
S9 device to the power outlet. If the problem
persists, contact your healthcare professional.
