11. Error Messages and Troubleshooting

In case the cycle is interrupted, for example: due to power failure, lack of water, etc ... it must be considered that the load has
not been sterilized and the sterilization must be repeated.
As a general rule: disconnect the autoclave, by the general switch, wait a few seconds, and start it up again. If the door is
blocked, wait about 20 minutes for the temperature of the chamber to descend spontaneously.
The process can be accelerated by opening the manual depressurization valve. Close the valve before restarting.
Take precautions, do not stand in front of the outlet of the manual depressurization valve. Open the valve slowly.
The following table indicates the error messages, their meaning and the possible solution:

TAKE PRECAUTIONS for depressurization:
- Do not stand in front of the valve outlet.
- Open the valve slowly.
• Check the connections of the water and heart probes.
• If the connections are correct:
- Contact the technical service.
- DO NOT USE THE AUTOCLAVE.
SET unreachable It has not been possible to reach the set point during the
sterilization phase in less than 360 minutes.
The pre-set temperature cannot be reached.
- Increase the temperature of the initial preheat phase
- Jars too big.
- Product with little thermal conduction.
- Heating resistance(s) cut off.
- Controller failure
- SSR failure (solid state relay).
EMPTY TOO LONG
