Spray-Gel V.P . is one of the latest generation machines for processing jelly.
In designing it, our team of technicians has equipped it with components that make the job safer,
faster and more efficient.
The machines are designed and manufactured in compliance with the following standards:
- EN 60204-1 (safety of machine-electrical safety);
- EN 12852 (safety and hygiene of machines for the food industry).
The CE declaration of conformity states that:
- the CE mark has been applied with reference to directive 93/465/CEE/A and documents:
73/23/EEC - 89/392/EEC - 93/44/EEC - 93/68/EEC and DPR n° 459 of 24-07-96.
Before leaving the factory all products undergo strict inspections.
The Spray-Gel V.P. already contains liquid in the tank-boiler. We advise you not to add any further
liquid and not to touch the tank, safety valves, sensors and level gauges that are mounted on it.
You are advised to follow all the usage and maintenance instructions given below very carefully so
that you can get the best from your machine and so that it can continue to give reliable, long service,
a standard of all machines.
