You must enter personal user parameters in order to measure your body fat percentage and
other physical data.
The scale has 12 user memory locations which allows, for example, you and your family mem-
bers to save personal settings and retrieve them later:

ted with pressure-sensitive
switches in the front casing
feet. To switch on the scales:
Press down lightly on the front
area of the scales using your
foot (or your hand).
The display will show "0.0 kg".
