Manufacturer's service centre
In the event of a fault, contact the manufacturer's
service centre (contact information on the back of the
manual). To allow the manufacturer to respond
quickly and appropriately, please provide the
following details:
Invoice number (delivery note if applicable)
Device serial number
Information about the type of central inverter
Brief description of the fault
– What does the LED indicators' fault message
reveal?
– What is the numeric code and which fault
indicator is shown in the display?
– Is the fault reproducible?
– Did the BPT-M Touch function properly up until
then?

found on the back page of the operating manual.
