connection and functional checks
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
ALL WORK ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, INCLUDING MINOR
OPERATIONS, MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY PROFESSIONALLY
QUALIFIED PERSONNEL
» Check that the mains supply is the same as that shown on the regis-
tration plate.
» Connect the cable to a plug that conforms with European norms or to
the norms of the country in which the machine is used.
The plug must have an ground terminal (fig.17).
» Check that the ground connection is effective.
» The machine must be connected to the mains through a multipole
isolating switch which conforms with European norms and with con-
tact openings of at least 0.1".
» Check that the multipole connector on the electrical board (fig. 18) is
correctly connected.
» When the machine is connected, switch it on and check the correct
direction of rotation: this should be as shown by the arrow on the motor
unit (see fig. 19).
» If the rotation is reversed, reverse the two wires in the connection plug.
» If the machine behaves abnormally, immediately switch off the main
switch (fig. 20) and check the section "Malfunctions: causes and
possible remedies" in the Instructions Manual (pg. 13).
Chuck protectors (Fig.21)
These are 4 plate metal protectors used on the chuck to protect the sliding
disc when opening the chuck.
Their function is to prevent the accidental insertion of limbs or tools when
the chuck is opening.

CONEXION ELECTRICA
TODA INTERVENCION SOBRE EL SISTEMA ELECTRICO,
AUNQUE LEVE, HA DE SER EFECTUADA POR EL PERSONAL
PROFESIONALMENTE CUALIFICADO
» Comprobar la conformidad entre la tensión de línea y la que está
señalada en la chapa de la máquina.
» Conectar el cable de la alimentación con un enchufe conforme a las
normas Europeas o a las normas del país de destino.
El enchufe debe estar equipado obligatoriamente con un contacto de
toma de tierra (Fig.17).
» Comprobar la eficacia de la toma de tierra.
» La máquina debe conectarse a la red mediante un selector omnipolar
con la abertura de los contactos de al menos 0.1", y conforme a las
normas Europeas
» Verificar que el conectador multipolar del cuadro eléctrico (Fig. 18)
esté conectado correctamente.
» Efectuada la conexión y manteniendo la máquina conectada, comprobar
que el sentido de rotación sea correcto: debería corresponder al sentido
indicado por la flecha colocada sobre el motor de la central (véase
Fig. 19).
» Si el sentido de rotación se realiza al revés, hay que invertir los dos
conductores del cable que conecta al enchufe.
» Si la utlización de la máquina fuese errónea, activar inmediatamente
el interruptor general (Fig. 20) y consultar el manual de las
instrucciones en el párrafo "Malos funcionamientos, causas y
remedios posibles" de la pág. 13).
Protecciones del autocentrado (Fig.21)
Son 4 protecciones de lámina colocadas sobre el autocentrado con el fin
de proteger el disco de deslizaiento durante la abertura del mandril.
Desempeñan la función de impedir que se inserten accidentalente los
iebros o las herraientas durante la abertura del mandril.
EL CONSTRUCTOR NO ES REPONSABLE PARA LA MALA
