BODY
(BODY TEST)
Program number 13 is designed to
calculate
the
percentage and then create specific
load profiles.
Press the START / STOP key to switch
the monitor on. The message MANUAL
1 will appear, use the UP / DOWN keys
to select program 13 then press
ENTER and use the UP / DOWN keys
to select your HEIGHT (between 110
and 250 cm). Press ENTER and use
the UP / DOWN keys to select your
WEIGHT (between 10 and 200 kg),
then press ENTER to confirm. Use the
UP / DOWN keys to select your AGE
(between 10 to 99 years), press
ENTER to confirm. Use the UP /
DOWN keys to select your sex (M
male, F female) and press ENTER to
confirm.
Press the START / STOP key and
place your hands on the handgrip
sensors (R), as shown in figure 5, and
after a few seconds the screen will
display your FAT % values. You can
display the following values by pressing
the ENTER key:
BMR (Basal metabolism ratio);
(Body Mass Index, height-weight ratio)
and BODY TYPE. The main screen
will display the type of profile for your
body type.

7. TEST MEASUREMENTS:
FITNESS
This electronic device is equipped with
a recovery test function. This offers you
the advantage of being able to measure
how long it takes your heart rate to
recover after having fi nished the
exercise. After fi nishing the exercise
leave your hands on the pulse sensors
(R) and press the "Fitness Test" button
and this will start a one minute
countdown. Only the Time and Pulse
BMI
rate function read-outs will remain
displayed. The electronic device will
measure your pulse rate during this
minute. The heart rate recovery time
