• Provide a stop valve upstream of Geberit
sanitary flush Rapid.
• Do not remove the battery during a flushing
process. Solenoid valve does not close
automatically if battery is removed.
• Protect from direct sunlight. Exposure to direct
sunlight can discolour the control unit cover.
Safety notes for sanitary flush Rapid with trap
• Only operate the Geberit sanitary flush Rapid in
an upright position.
• Mount the Geberit sanitary flush Rapid on the
wall using 4 fastening screws.
• Do not install an additional trap in the discharge
pipe. The Geberit sanitary flush Rapid has an
integrated trap.
• Should the drain become clogged, water can
leak from the Geberit sanitary flush Rapid
overflow.
Safety notes for Geberit control unit for
sanitary flush Rapid
• Only connect the control unit to a securely
mounted supply pipe.
• Do not immerse the control unit in water.
• Ensure a distance of at least 20 mm between
the outlet and discharge pipe (free outlet in
accordance with DIN EN 1717:2011-08).
